Maleda Foam and plastic factory is one of the proprietorships owned by Mr. Muhaba Akmel and produces polyurethane foam in Ethiopia.
Maleda launches its operation on August 01, 2018, at Oromia Region, Finfinne area Special zone, Burayu town, Gefersa Nono kebele, industry zone area. Maleda had Initial Investment Capital of birr 310,000,000 and has around 90 employments. The company acquires land from Oromia regional state investment office for the plot of land 9500m3 for expansion and completed 95% of this site construction. In addition to the foam production, the company lunch business on the export of oilseeds, pulses, and coffee in 2019.
